Generally, our rates vary by the type of service provided and how long we think the project will take.
Usually, we charge based on the complexity and value of a project, instead of just by the hour. We believe that people are paying for a result, not just for hours worked.
Individual projects have different levels of complexity, and so have different methods of being billed. If you want a quote for your project, contact us!
Because Everything Solved has such expertise in Bugzilla, we are usually able to complete Bugzilla projects in 1/2 to 1/4 the time of other contractors, with higher-quality results. (This is actually true of our other services too, but Bugzilla work happens to be particularly popular with our clients, so we have a special policy about it.)
As a result, we don't charge per-hour for Bugzilla contracts. Instead, we usually charge a flat-rate project cost, estimated at the start of the project. We believe this allows the client to better plan for a budget, and to pay for exactly what they know the final product is worth.
Some other projects are also estimated on a flat rate instead of against a basic per-hour rate. If you're curious how your project would be quoted, contact us! We usually pick the most fair method of billing a project, based on its requirements.
